  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Powder

  • 100 milliliter Coconut Milk
  • as required Chopped Coriander Leaves For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Marinate the sea bass fillets with turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated fish until golden brown. Set aside.
  • STEP 3.In the same pan, add chopped onions, ginger, and garlic. Saute until golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, and coriander powder. Cook for a minute.
  • STEP 5.Pour in the coconut milk and bring it to a simmer. Add salt to taste.
  • STEP 6.Gently place the fried fish fillets into the coconut milk gravy. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes.
