STEP 1.In a deep kadhai (except beaten egg) combine kofta ingredients & cook on high
STEP 2.heat until all the water evaporates &
STEP 3.minced meat is cooked & tender...
STEP 4.cool the mixture & blend in a food
STEP 5.processor with beaten egg. make a
STEP 6.dough.After that in a bowl mix the stuffing ingredients.apply oil in palms. pinch out dough into small balls and continue with the rest.
STEP 7.For stuffing : chopped onions 1 cup finely chopped fresh mint & coriander leaves 3 chopped green chillies 3 eggs boiled & crumbled.
STEP 8.For the gravy: (grind the following to paste in a food processor) onions sliced & deep fried 1 cup plain yogurt 1/2 cup roasted white sesame seeds 1/2 cup fresh cream 1 cup tomato puree 1/2 cup milk
STEP 9.Take each ball, press in the middle. place a tsp of stuffing in middle.
STEP 10.enclose entirely and roll again into a
STEP 11.round ball. Make all the balls and keep it ready. deep fry in hot oil & keep aside on a absorbent paper.
STEP 12.For gravy: heat some tbsp of oil in a heavy bottom vessel. add bay leaves & let it splutter. add the ginger garlic paste & cook for few minutes.
STEP 13.add onion-tomato paste & cook for few minutes. add the dry masalas, green chillies & cook till oil floats on top for 4-5 minutes. add lemon juice & garnish with coriander leaves.
STEP 14.Serve hot and Enjoy
