STEP 1.Marinate 3 cups sliced lemon with ½ cup chilly powder, ½ cup vinegar and 1 tsp salt. Store in the refrigerator for 2 months.
STEP 2.In a pan heat 3 tbsp oil. Splutter 1 tsp mustard seeds. Add 2 dry red chilly and 2 stem of curry leaves. Stir and mix.
STEP 3.Add 1 tsp fenugreek seeds and ½ tsp asafoetida powder. Saute well.
STEP 4.Now transfer the sliced refrigerated lemon to the gravy and mix well.
