STEP 2.Take a wok heat oil. Add cumin seeds and green chilli. Saute for few seconds.
STEP 3.Add onion, potato and curry leaves. Mix it well. Cover it with lid. Cook on low medium flame till potato becomes soft.
STEP 4.Add salt, turmeric powder, cumin powder and black pepper powder. Mix it well. Add roasted sewai. Saute it for a minute.
STEP 5.Now add 1.5 cup hot water in it. After one boil, turn the flame low. Cook it for 5-6 minutes. Cover it.
STEP 6.When sewai becomes soft. Turn off the flame. Add lemon juice. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.Serve it hot.
