Ingredients for Namkeen Recipe

  • 1/2 packet Potato chips (phalahari)
  • 1/2 packet Sago chips
  • 1/2 packet Sago rounds
  • 1/2 packet Potato kis {aloo ka kis }
  • 1/2 cup Peanuts
  • 1/2 cup Makhane
  • 1/4 cup Cashew
  • 1/4 cup Raisins
  • 1/4 cup badam / almonds
  • As required Curry leaves a handful
  • 2 nos green chillies
  • As required Turmeric powder as per taste
  • As required Sendha namak as per taste
  • 1 tsp Powdered sugar
  • As required Oil For Frying

Directions: Namkeen Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat oil and fry all the potato chip and kis as well as the sago chips rounds, peanuts and dry fruits. Keep aside.
  • STEP 2.In a separate saucepan, heat a little oil and temper it curry patta. Add turmeric powder and sendha namak to it.
  • STEP 3.Add all of this to the fried namkeen. Mix well.
  • STEP 4.It can be kept for whole navratri and enjoyed
