STEP 1.1. In a big bowl, add flour, salt, ajwain and oil.
STEP 2.2. Add enough water and make a stiff dough and keep aside for 10-15 min.
STEP 3.3. Make round chapatis thicker than normal, cut into diamond shapes or straight in a length, with the help knife or cookie cutters or pizza cutter.
STEP 4.4. Do not stack the pieces one above other and separate each cut.
STEP 5.5. Heat the oil in a pan on low flame for deep frying and slide the namak pare.
STEP 6.6. Fry it till they turns little golden brown and crisp on both side.
STEP 7.7. Keep aside and allow to cool.
STEP 8.When they are cooled, store in air tight container.
