Nachos is very healthy and full of nutrients like fiber, vitamins and minerals. For growing kids every thing is beneficial so i prepare my dish with colourful vegetables, Tomato Salsa and white sauce , white sauce is full of protein.....in one plate i am providing protein, vitamin, minerals and fiber. #pihurajmalani

Ingredients for Nachos with white sauce, vegetables and Tomato Salsa Recipe

  • 1/4 cup Maze flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 Cups Refined oil for frying
  • 1 tbsp maida
  • 1/2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Origeno
  • 1 Tbsp Red
  • 1 Tbsp Yellow bell pepper
  • 1/2 Tbsp Green capsicum
  • 1 Tbsp Sweet corn
  • 1/2 Pieces Onion
  • 1/2 Pieces Green coriander
  • 1/2 Pieces Tomato
  • 2 Pieces Garlic flakes
  • 1/2 Pieces Green chilly
  • 1/2 Tbsp Wheat flour
  • 1/2 Pieces Lemon

Directions: Nachos With White Sauce, Vegetables And Tomato Salsa Recipe

  • STEP 1.Step 1:start making Nachos. Mix Maize flour, wheat flour and 1 tbsp Maida and add 1/2 tSP salt and 1 tbsp Oil and mix properly and make a dough with luke warm water and cover and keep a side for 10 min resting. Start making Salsa In a bowl add chopped tomato, gree chilly, chopped garlic, chopped coriander and mix with your palm, because salsa become more tasty if you mix ingredients with your palm instead of spoon. Then add salt and, lemon juice, Salsa is ready Now prepare vegetables In the bowl add bell peppers, capsicum, boiled sweet corn and lemon juice, salt, anx mix properly.
  • STEP 2.Keep pan on the gas stove then add butter,then add maida, stir 30 seconds then add milk and stir continuously then add grated cheese, Origeno and Chilli flakes, mix properly, White sauce is ready.
  • STEP 3.Keep tava on the gas stove in a medium flame and start making Nachos, first of all make a Roti shaped and poke hole in the Roti using a fork all over the Nachos then put it on the tava and cook both sides then remove from tava and keep kadahi and put oil in it and heat oil in medium flame.
  • STEP 4.Cut Nachos in the triangle shape and deep fry till crispy.
  • STEP 5.Plate decorate with Nachos and put white Sauce in the centre of plate then put Salsa and spread vegetables on the Salsa and garnish with green coriander. Yummy, healthy colourful snack is ready for kids.
