Ingredients for Nachos Recipe

  • 0.29 cups Rice flour
  • 0.21 cup water
  • As Required Salt = as per taste
  • 0.29 tbsp Cheese powder
  • As Required Salt = as per taste
  • 0.07 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
  • As Required Oil = for frying

Directions: Nachos Recipe

  • STEP 1.Step 1
  • STEP 2.Take a pan, add water in it and bring it to boil.
  • STEP 3.Step 2
  • STEP 4.Add salt in it and then add rice flour. Mix it well till it becomes thick.
  • STEP 5.Step 3
  • STEP 6.Now turn the flame low and cover the lid. Cook it for 2 to 4 minutes.
  • STEP 7.Step 4
  • STEP 8.Turn the flame off and transfer it in a mixing bowl. Knead a smooth dough from it.
  • STEP 9.Step 5
  • STEP 10.Cover it with a cloth and rest it for 10 minutes.
  • STEP 11.Step 6
  • STEP 12.After 10 minutes, knead it ones again and pinch a ball size portion from it. Make a ball from it and then flatten it into a chapati shape with the help of rolling pin, you can also dust some dry rice flour if it sticks.

  • STEP 14.After rolling it into a chapati, prick it by using fork or knife and then cut the edges on it.
  • STEP 15.Step 8
  • STEP 16.Cut it into triangle shapes and keep it aside.
  • STEP 17.Step 9
  • STEP 18.Make all the shapes with the similar process.
  • STEP 19.Step 10
  • STEP 20.Take a pan, add oil in it and heat it up.
  • STEP 21.Step 11
  • STEP 22.Add triangles in it and fry them. Do not turn them into brown. Just slightly fry them and keep them aside.
  • STEP 23.Step 12
  • STEP 24.After frying all the nachos, take a mixing bowl, add cheese powder in it and then add some salt and kashmiri red chili powder. Mix all the spices well.
  • STEP 25.Step 13
  • STEP 26.Add fried nachos in it and then mix it well with the spice so that spice will evenly coat on the nachos.
  • STEP 27.Your nachos are ready, serve them with sauce or with salsa salad.
  • STEP 28.You can also store it for a month in a container
