STEP 1.Take 2 cups of gram flour and strain it. Now take a deep pan or a bowl and grease it with ghee.
STEP 2.Take a pan and add one and a half cups of sugar to it. Now water only after roasting the sugar well. Add very little water only to wet the sugar. Mix well. Cook for 15 minutes. Make several boils. Make thick sugar syrup.
STEP 3.Take the gram flour and add it. Make sure to stir continuously. Mix it properly on low flame.
STEP 4.Add a cup of ghee and keep cooking. Make sure to use an ample amount of ghee to make sure the sweet is soft.
STEP 5.When the besan leaves the pan, the pak is ready. Turn off the flame and immediately settle it in a deep pan. Rest for 20 minutes. And then refrigerate for 2 hours.
STEP 6.The mysore pak is ready.
