STEP 1.Put 100 gm garlic, 2 tbsp. Cumin seeds,100 gm ginger,100 gm dry kashmiri mirch, and 3/4 th of east indian vinegar to the mixer and grind well.marinate 1 kg of mutton with 6 tbsp of east indian vindaloo masala and keep it for at least 3 hours.

STEP 2.Pour 3 tbsp of vegetable oil in the pan and add finely sliced onion into it and fry it for 7 minutes.

STEP 3.Add the marinated mutton to it and allow it to cook for 25 minutes. Also add the required amount of water, salt, and oil to it.

STEP 4.Finally, garnish it with some fresh coriander leaves.
