A very delicious Sri Lankan delicacy made by stuffing the pancakes with mutton and vegetable mixture, coated with bread crumbs which makes it crispy from the outside and soft inside.
STEP 1.1 heat some oil in a pan and add chopped onion, curry leaves and green chillies to it.

STEP 2.2 cook it well until the onion turns soft.

STEP 3.3 now add chopped mutton and stir well.

STEP 4.4 cover and cook it for 5-6 minutes. At medium to low flame.

STEP 5.5 grind cinnamon, cloves and cardamom using a blender.

STEP 6.6 stir it a little and cook for 3 more minutes.

STEP 7.7 now add chopped potatoes to the pan with red chilli powder, freshly grinded cinnamon, cardamom and cloves powder.

STEP 8.8 now add ½ cup of water, mix well and let it cook for 15-20 minutes with a lid on.

STEP 9.9 in a separate bowl take all purpose flour, salt and gradually add water to it in order to get a pancake consistency.

STEP 10.10 add the better into the blender so it turns smooth and lump free.

STEP 11.11 check your mutton after 10 minutes and if it feels dry add some water to it and cook for another 5-10 minutes.

STEP 12.12 heat a pan and make pancakes using the prepared batter.

STEP 13.13 add the filling to the pancake and roll it.

STEP 14.14 dip these rolls into the remaining batter and cover with bread crumbs.

STEP 15.15 heat some oil in a pan and fry the rolls in it till they turn golden brown.
