  • 1/5 teaspoon onion paste
  • 1/5 teaspoon Termeric powder , Kasmeri Red cilli powder 1/2 , Cilli powder 1/4
  • 1/10 teaspoon Garam mashala powder (you can use any ready made powder of your coice for this st
  • 1/5 tablespoon oil for marination
  • 1/5-0.40 No.s For cooking: Bay leaf
  • 0.60 teaspoon Onion finely sliced medium size, out of which 1 onion deep fried in ghee with 1/2 of sugar and make paste of it
  • 1/5 tablespoon ginger paste
  • 0.40 tablespoon garlic paste , Coriander Cumin Green cilli paste 2 teaspoon
  • 1/10 teaspoon Spice powder Kasmeri Red cilli powder , Cilli powder 1/4 , salt as per taste
  • 0.60 stick Garam Mashala powder grind roasted cardamom+ 3 cloves+ 1 small cinnamom+ jayitri+ nutmeg all together 1 and 1/2 tespoon
  • 0.80-1 Green cillies
  • 0.60 tablespoon Deshi ghee for cooking and little more
