  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl, combine minced mutton, finely chopped onions, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, coriander leaves, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, salt, and lemon juice.
  • STEP 2.Mix well until all the ingredients are well combined.
  • STEP 3.Divide the mixture into equal-sized portions and shape them into flat cutlets.
  • STEP 4.Coat the cutlets with breadcrumbs, pressing gently to ensure they stick to the surface.
  • STEP 5.Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and shallow fry the cutlets until they turn golden brown on both sides.
  • STEP 6.Remove from the pan and drain excess oil on a kitchen towel.
  • STEP 7.Serve hot with mint chutney or tomato ketchup.
