Mutton/chicken kabsa rice Recipe

Recipe By Slurrp

Mutton/Chicken Kabsa Rice is a traditional Middle Eastern dish that is flavorful and aromatic. It is made with tender mutton or chicken cooked in a blend of spices, including cumin, coriander, and cardamom. The meat is then simmered with tomatoes, onions, and garlic, creating a rich and savory sauce. The rice is cooked separately and then combined with the meat, allowing it to absorb all the delicious flavors. This dish is often garnished with toasted almonds and served with a side of yogurt or salad.
