Ingredients for Mutton Chap Masala with coconut Recipe

  • As required eat one tsp each of black pepper
  • 0-1/2 cup jeera little fennel seeds kadipatta and around shallots. Then dry roast one smallof fresh grated coconut. Blend it with little water.
  • 0-1/2 nos Heat oil in kadai. When hot add around finely chopped shallots
  • As required then add one tomato cook till tomato is done
  • As required add two tsp ginger garlic paste. stir well. Add the meat and bhunao for some time. Add one tsp red chilli powder and half of haldi powder. Mix well. Add the mixer paste and water to cook the meat. Finally check for salt.
