Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, ginger-garlic paste, and chopped onions. Saute until onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 2.Add tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala. Cook until the oil separates from the masala.
  • STEP 3.Add green peas and paneer cubes. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 4.Add water, salt, and kasuri methi. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until the gravy thickens.
  • STEP 5.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice.

  • To make the dish more flavorful, you can add a pinch of sugar while cooking the onions.
  • If you prefer a spicier taste, you can increase the amount of red chili powder.
