  • As required Coconut oil
  • 3 cup Chopped Spinach leaves
  • 1 No.s Egg
  • 1/2 cup Grated coconut
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 2 No.s Dry red chilli chopped
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 3 No.s Chopped green chilly
  • 1 teaspoon Crushed ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Crushed garlic

Directions: Mutta Cheera Thoran Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.In a pan heat cooking oil. Add ½ tsp of mustard seeds and let it to splutter.

step 2

  • STEP 1.Add 1 tsp each of crushed ginger crushed and crushed garlic, 2 green chillies chopped and 1 cup of chopped onion.

step 3

  • STEP 1.Add 3 cup of chopped spinach leaves and a pinch of salt. Cook for 2 minutes on a medium flame.

step 4

  • STEP 1.Continue stirring till the egg is properly cooked. Turn off the flame once ready.
