STEP 1.Soak rice poha and coconut with methi seeds for 4 hours.
STEP 2.Grind with little water and set toferment for 8 hours close lid
STEP 3.Open lid, add little salt if u want.
STEP 4.heat iron girdle
STEP 5.smear it with oil
STEP 6.take 2 ladle full of batter and pour it on oiled ladle
STEP 7.when pores come on the face of the dosa mear it with some oil and turn over
STEP 8.cook till done
STEP 9.serve wit spicy chutney
