  • As required One musti each of rice
  • As required flattened poha or jada poha
  • As required one of coconut grated
  • As required oil for tava fry. methi seeds

Directions: Musti Polo From Mangalore Recipe

  • STEP 1.Soak rice poha and coconut with methi seeds for 4 hours.
  • STEP 2.Grind with little water and set toferment for 8 hours close lid
  • STEP 3.Open lid, add little salt if u want.
  • STEP 4.heat iron girdle
  • STEP 5.smear it with oil
  • STEP 6.take 2 ladle full of batter and pour it on oiled ladle
  • STEP 7.when pores come on the face of the dosa mear it with some oil and turn over
  • STEP 8.cook till done
  • STEP 9.serve wit spicy chutney
