It is variation of kulfi prepared using musk melon and milk.Musk Melon is loaded with lot of nutrients and it keeps your body cool. It is good for your skin, hair and also improves your immune system.
STEP 1.1) First cut the upper part of muskmelon in round shape and Remove all the pulp and empty it from inside.
STEP 2.2)Make a paste by grinding the pulp of the muskmelon in the mixer.
STEP 3.3)Now take the milk and boil it well and add sugar in it.
STEP 4.4)Now grind cashew almonds cardamom coarsely and now put it in milk.
STEP 5.5)Dissolve the custard powder in a bowl and add it to the milk mixture.
STEP 6.6) Boil the milk for a while till it thickens.
STEP 7.7)Switch off the gas and keep it to cool down
STEP 8.8)Mix the pulp paste of Muskmelon in milk.
STEP 9.9)Put some pomegranate seeds in it.
STEP 10.10)Now put all the milk mixture inside the empty melon.
STEP 11.11) Close the muskmelon with the top that was cut off.
STEP 12.12)Refrigerate for the night.
STEP 13.13)Now cut it in pieces and serve it.
