This Mushroom Masala recipe is an easy, delicious Punjabi-style one-pot mushroom curry made with white button mushrooms in spiced onion-tomato gravy. Ingredients for Mushroom Masala Curry Recipe

  • 350 gram Mushroom
  • 2 diced tomato
  • 1 sliced onion
  • As required Curry leaves
  • As required Chili
  • 2 s
  • 3 Cloves
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 4 Garlic Cloves
  • 2 tablespoon Coriander seeds
  • 4 teaspoon Chopped Coconut
  • 2 stick Cinnamon
  • 8 cashew nuts
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Chicken masala
  • 1 tablespoon Chilli Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • As required Salt
  • As required Coriander leaves

Steps To Prepare

  • STEP 1.Clean the mushroom and cut them into halves.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan, fry the mushrooms and set them aside.
  • STEP 3.Make a smooth paste of coconut, coriander seeds, garlic, ginger, cinnamon, cashew nuts and cloves the previous day to save time.

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions and curry leaves and fry till the onions are translucent.
  • STEP 2.Next, add slit green chillies and diced tomatoes and fry till the tomatoes are mushy.
  • STEP 3.Add the prepared paste along with all the spices and mix well.
  • STEP 4.Add the fried mushrooms and cook for five to ten minutes.
  • STEP 5.Turn off the flame, add some freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
