STEP 1.Heat a kadhai. Add butter and saute mushrooms.
STEP 2.Add salt and pepper and once done take out in a plate.
STEP 3.In same kadhai with butter add chopped baby corn. Saute and cook for 2 mins. Add salt and pepper and take out once done. It should be crisp and not completely cooked. Take out in a plate.
STEP 4.In same kadhai heat oil. Add cumin seeds and onion paste. Saute until golden pink
STEP 5.Add tomato puree and cook until oil separates.
STEP 6.Add all dry masala salt and cook for another 1 min.
STEP 7.Add little water to avoid burning of masalas
STEP 8.Add water as required. Add sauted mushrooms and baby corn.
STEP 9.Add garam masala and coriander leaves. Adjust salt and water .
STEP 10.Serve with Paratha or Rice.
