I had these handful of water chestnuts lying in my kitchen, so i whipped up this amazing healthy alternative for evening snacks trust me it did turn out yummilicious in spite of adding not so common ingredients of a cutlet i have coated these croquettes with mushroom and sesame seeds this is a perfect option for burger patty also.

  • 1/2 Water chestnut green or black variety cup. i have taken half mix of both
  • 1/2 Rice flour tablespoon
  • 1 Ragi flour tablespoon
  • 1/2 Ginger garlic green chilly paste teaspoon
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1/4 Sugar teaspoon
  • 1 (you can use any other herb mix or simple chat masala) syracuse spice mix teaspoon
  • 100 Mushrooms gm
  • 1 Sesame seeds tablespoon
  • 1 Oil for shallow fry around tablespoon
