Murkul Recipe

Recipe By Slurrp

Murkul is a traditional Indian sweet made from deep-fried dough balls soaked in sugar syrup. It is a popular festive treat, often enjoyed during Diwali and other special occasions. The dough is made with flour, ghee, and yogurt, which gives it a soft and fluffy texture. Once fried, the dough balls are soaked in a fragrant sugar syrup flavored with cardamom and saffron. Murkul is best served warm and can be enjoyed on its own or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
