Ingredients for Muringa Illa Thoran Recipe

  • 2 cup Drumstick leaves chopped
  • 1 No.s Chopped Onion
  • 1/2 Grated coconut coconut
  • 4 No.s Chopped garlic
  • 5 No.s Chopped green chilli
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 2 tablespoon Water
  • 1 pinch Salt

Directions: Muringa Illa Thoran Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.In a bowl add ½ coconut grated, ½ tsp tsp turmeric powder and ½ tsp cumin seeds.

step 2

  • STEP 1.Add 4 chopped garlic and 5 chopped green chilli.

  • STEP 1.Transfer the ingredients into a grinder and crush well.

step 4

  • STEP 1.In a cooking pan take 2 cups of chopped drumstick leaves, 1 chopped garlic and the crushed coconut mix.

step 5

  • STEP 1.Pour in 2 tbsp of water and add a pinch of salt to taste.

step 6

  • STEP 1.Cover and cook on a medium flame for around 10 minutes. Stir in between.

step 7

  • STEP 1.Turn off the flame after 10 minutes and when the leaves are properly cooked.
