  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt to make the marinade.
  • STEP 2.Add chicken pieces to the marinade and coat them well. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for better flavor.
