  • STEP 1.Clean and marinate the chicken with spices and yogurt.
  • STEP 2.Cook the chicken in the microwave until it is tender and cooked through.
  • STEP 3.Prepare the gravy by sautéing onions, ginger, and garlic, and adding spices and tomato puree.
  • STEP 4.Add the cooked chicken to the gravy and simmer until the flavors meld together.
  • STEP 5.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or rice.
