  • 1/2 green cardamoms
  • 1 pepper corns
  • 1/4 inch Cinnamon Stick
  • 1/4 teaspoon kasoori methi crushed
  • As required For tempering
  • 1/2 tablespoon ghee, butter or oil
  • 3/4 green chillies half slit lengthwise
  • 2.50 curry leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon coriander seeds
