  • 1/4 tablespoon bbq grill masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • As required For garnish
  • As required Chopped coriander
  • 2.50-3.75 tablespoon threads of kesar soaked in 2 warm milk
  • As required Some roasted cashews and almonds
  • 1/2 tablespoon Brista around
  • As required For rice preparation
  • 0.63 cup long grained basmati rice
  • 1/2-3/4 bay leaves
  • 1.25-1.50 Cloves
  • 1.25-1.50 black peppercorns
  • 1.25 cup Water
  • As required Salt
  • As required Mixture to be added in between layers
  • 3-3.75 tablespoon mint leaves 2 ghee n salt
