Cut the onion, tomato and capsicum. Take butter in a bowl. Cook the potato and mash it. Grind the coriander leaves , mint leaves, green chilli , salt and little sugar. Add little water and grind it to make green chutney. Place a bread spread butter then green chutney,sliced onion, sliced tomatoes,sliced capsicum and tomato sauce. Take another bread slice spread butter and green chutney. Close the two slices and toast in a sandwich maker or in a dosa tawa. Cut it into two half. Serve it with sauce.
