  • As required potato sabji that is boiled potatoes cubed and stir fired with peas
  • As required jeera oil etc
  • As required wheat flour for making dough water and oil

  • STEP 1.boil potatoes, de skin them cube them. heat a kadai, when hot add jeera, green chilles, kadipatta turmeric then potatoes and mix well . add salt and mix well add fresh corriander and mix well. cool and serve. when this remins as leftover, next morning thaw in oven for fe sec. take wheat flour and make dough as per your needs, roll out a thick chapati and in the plm of your hand make a cup. fill this cup with the left over sabji. close the cup. roll out a thick parotha. grese the tava wit il. put this paratha on the tava and fry it on one side, then change side after oiling the top. paratha is ready
