STEP 1.First soak urad dal overnight. Now grind it to finely smoith; batter and ferment it for 2 hrs in room temperature. Add the yoghurt to the mixture Add ragi flour.
STEP 2.Once the fermented batter is ready, prepare the egg mixture . Beat eggs in a bowl and whisk thoroughly. Add the spinach, veggies and beat it well
STEP 3.Now to this egg mixture add idli batter. Heat the appam pan and put the mixture wth the help of spoon.. Just oil brush will do. Wait till it turns golden brown. Flip the other side with the help of a spoon. Oil brush again.
STEP 4.You will see a golden fluffy texture. Now bring the eggappams to a plate and serve wth ketchup or chutney.
