Handvo made in very little oil ... is one of them which is made from urad dal and rice, but today I have made semolina, gram flour, maize flour, Healthy version has been made by mixing rice flour and it will be very easy to make... and will take less time too.

Ingredients for Multigrain Veg Handvo... Recipe

  • 0.33 cup Semolina
  • 1.33 tsp Corn flour
  • 1.33 tsp Chickpea flour
  • 1.33 tsp Rice flour
  • 0.33 cup Boiled corn kernels
  • 0.33 g Finely chopped green chili
  • A Handful Finely chopped coriander
  • 0.33 cup grated gourd
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.33 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 0.33 tsp chilli flakes or red crushed chillies
  • 0.17 cup Curd

Directions: Multigrain Veg Handvo... Recipe

  • STEP 1.First of all, mix semolina, gram flour, rice flour, corn flour, salt, red chili and turmeric in a mixing bowl and mix it well.
  • STEP 2.Now add curd and make a medium batter by adding some water. Keep covered for 10 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Now add boiled corn, gourd green chilli and green coriander in the mixture and mix it well.
  • STEP 4.Now heat some oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, sesame seeds and sprinkle it on the prepared batter.
  • STEP 5.Now add some baking soda to the mixture, pour lemon juice on it and mix it well.
  • STEP 6.Put some oil in a frying pan, add mustard seed oil and neem leaves and add 2 tablespoons of the prepared batter. Cover and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
  • STEP 7.Reflex once with the help of a spoon and then let it be crisp from the other side as well. Our Mix Floor Vegetable Handvo is ready, serve it with green chutney, tomato sauce.
