Vada or chicken vada is a popular dish of maharashtra in maharashtra vadas are prepared kneading different flours together into a dough and then deep fried till golden brown; are served mainly with chicken dishes vada is one of the dish which usually been prepared in ganpati festival in this recipe, i have used multigrain flour, onions, some masalas, fenugreek powder to give nice aroma to the vadas.
