Ingredients for Multigrain Gluten Free Bread Recipe
1.25 tablespoons Flaxseed powder -
3/4 cup Whole Masoor dal -
0.81 cup White Urad Dal -
1.13 teaspoon Salt -
1.50 teaspoon baking powder -
1.81 teaspoon Lemon juice - mixed in of cold milk
2.25 spoon Oil - table
2.19 cup Water -
As required For Topping
0.38 cup Cheddar Cheese - (grated)
1 tablespoons Chives / parsley - (chopped)
Directions: Multigrain Gluten Free Bread Recipe
STEP 1.Powder the whole masoor dal and white urad dal separately
STEP 2.Mix both the dal powders with the flaxseed powder.
STEP 3.Mix in the salt and baking powder.
STEP 4.Add in the lemon juice mixed in milk and oil. Mix well.
Add in the water gradually and mix well.
Grease a tin and add in the mix.
Using a steamer steam it for 20 minutes.
Let it cool and unmould.
Cut i to slices.
Mix the cheese and the chives / Parsley .
Apply the cheese mix on each slice and bake in a preheated oven at 180degrees for 5 minutes.
