STEP 1.Wash and boil spinach leaves in 1 cup of water for 5 minutes strain and grind in grinder and make puree.
2-Boil beetroot in sufficient water for 5 minutes. Strain, grind and make puree.
3- Take all purpose flour ,add a pinch of salt and divide it into 3 equal parts. In one part add spinach puree and mix, in second part add beetroot puree and mix nothing add in third part. Keep it as it is.
4- mix well all parts and make smooth dough. Make dough of white portion adding with sufficient water.6 cover all parts and keep aside.
5- Heat oil in a pan. Add green chili, ginger and garlic. Add onion and saute till translucent. Add all chopped vegetables and cook for 2 minutes. Add salt, black pepper and soy sauce and mix. Remove from heat.
6-Take prepared dough of all purpose flour . Make small sized balls from all coloured dough. Make small sized poori from all balls.
7- fill small amount of veggies in all poories. Make any shape of momos.
8- keep all prepared momos in steamer and steamed. Steam for 15-20 minutes and remove from heat.
9- serve hot with ketchup or pizza sauce.
