Fond of chocolates like all the kids and in dessert chocolate is first priority. Chocolates are stress reliever good mood booster & everyone's favorite so made my favorite innovative Dream special chocolates roses 🌹 🌷💐💐
STEP 1.Melt chopped white chocolate compound by double bath process.
STEP 2.When chocolate starts melting stir it well remove from the fire and stir continuously for smooth ness and to remove air bubbles. Now divide into 2-parts. 3/4:1/4 ratio. Now add magic red colour more or less according we get our desired colour less for marble look and more for complete red rose. In 1/4- portion add very few drops and stir with toothpick to get marble effect.
STEP 3.Add more drops in 3/4th portion to get proper red rose colour and mix well. Take big rose silicone mould fill 1/4 th portion with red colour melted chocolate and in center fill with pan mukhwas as stuffing and fill with melted red chocolate tap to remove air bubbles and keep it in the fridge to set for10-mins.
STEP 4.Similarly fill all the chocolate moulds and keep it in the fridge to set for10-mins. In last insert rose stems in rose chocolate mould and then keep it in the fridge to set.
STEP 5.Remove from the fridge & unmould in plate and paint all the chocolates with silver edible powder with fine 0-no. Brush.
STEP 6.After completing painting arrange all the chocolates in a serving plate and garnish with rose petals and ❤ shaped sprinklers. Enjoy my special innovative Pan Mukhwas Stuffed Chocolate Roses 🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷
