Paneer stuffed paratha with mughal spices. This mouth- watering paratha is filled with capsicum, onions, potatoes, farmcheese and seasoning ingredients.
STEP 1.Take 1 cup all purpose flour in a bowl, add some salt, 3 tablespoon oil, add little by little warm water and kneed the flour to prepare dough.
STEP 2.Let it rest for 10 minutes , coat the dough with some ghee.
STEP 3.Take portions of the dough and shape them for paratha

STEP 4.Take a pan, add some oil heat it, 1 tea spoon ginger garlic paste, chopped onion and green chillies and then fry for atleast a minute. now add some capsicum, cauliflower, carrot, peas and cabbage. Mix well and cook nicely.
STEP 5.Add some mango powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder and salt to taste.
STEP 6.Now add a boiled potato and some farmcheese. Cook for 5 minutes.
STEP 7.Stuff the paratha
STEP 8.Stuff the paratha in a square shape and cook it on a pan. You can also use ghee. Keep greasing the paratha and make sure you cook it from all sides.
