Motor paneer with coconut gravy Recipe

Paneer is widely used in north indian recipes but we decided to give it a south indian twist with the addition of coconut. In this recipe of paneer in coconut gravy recipe, paneer is marinated in a coconut and onion masala and then cooked in classic tomato onion gravy, then finally garnished with crushed kasuri methi.
