Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Clean and wash the mustard greens thoroughly. Chop them into small pieces.
  • STEP 2.Marinate the fish with turmeric powder and salt. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Once they start spluttering, add chopped onions and saut茅 until golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add ginger-garlic paste and saut茅 for a minute. Then, add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
  • STEP 5.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 6.Add the chopped mustard greens and cook until they wilt down.
  • STEP 7.Add water and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  • STEP 8.Gently add the marinated fish pieces to the curry. Cover the pan and cook for another 10 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
  • STEP 9.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with steamed rice.
