Ingredients for Moringa Rabdi Motichoor Cake Recipe
3.75 Pieces Chocolate biscuits
1/2 Tbsp Milk
12.50 g Rabdi
12.50 g Paneer
6.25 g Milkmaid
1/4 Tsp Cardamom powder
1/2 Tbsp Moringa powder
1/4 Tbsp Curd
1/2 Tbsp All purpose flour
3/4 Pieces Motichoor laddu
As Required Cashew nuts
Directions: Moringa Rabdi Motichoor Cake Recipe
STEP 1.Grind the broken chocolate biscuits into fine powder. Transfer it in a bowl, add milk & mix it well.
STEP 2.Lined a bottom cake tin with a greased butter paper.
STEP 3.Add the biscuits mixture in that tin & level it out.
STEP 4.Now take rabdi (rabdi should be dry almost), paneer, milkmaid, moringa powder, cardamom powder ,flour & curd in a mixing jar. Blend it well.
STEP 5.Pour the rabdi mixture over the biscuit mixture. Tap it for 2 to 3 times.
STEP 6.Bake it in preheated oven for 25minutes at 170°C. Take out from oven then & make it cool in room temperature & demould it.
STEP 7.Now take motichoor laddu in a bowl & crumble it. Spread it over the cake evenly.
STEP 8.Decorate with cashew nuts & raisin.
STEP 9.Refrigerate it for an hour & then serve.
