Nowadays every one knows the nutritious value of moringa or drumstick tree. It's called miracle tree. Because every part of this tree are edible and full with nutrition values. I use the flowers. It have 46 antioxidants, calcium, vit K,A,C, zinc phosphorus etc. jujube is one kind of sweet and sour seasonal fruit. This recipe is not only healthy its very tasty too.

Ingredients for Moringa, plum chutney #BSK Recipe

  • 1 Tsp Mustard oil
  • 0.33 Cup moringa flowers
  • 0.33 Cup jujube fruits
  • 0.17 Tsp Panchforon
  • 0.08 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • To Taste Salt
  • To Taste Sugar
  • 0.17 Tsp Roasted Cumin powder
  • 1 Tsp Mustard Sauce
  • 0.33 Pieces Dried red chilly
  • 0.33 Pieces Bay leaf

Directions: Moringa, Plum Chutney #bsk Recipe

  • STEP 1.First you have to temper bay leaf, five mix spices and dried chilly in hot mustard oil. Cut the tometo into small pieces Shallow fry the mornings flowers for a few seconds.
  • STEP 2.Add the tometo, salt and turmeric powder and cover it to soft.
  • STEP 3.Add some hot water and allow it to boil.
  • STEP 4.Add the jujube fruits.
  • STEP 5.Add sugar or jaggery as per your taste.
  • STEP 6.Off the flame and add mustard sauce or kasundi and roasted cumin powder.
