STEP 1.First of all, boil the rice and while boiling, add one piece clove and one piece cinnamon inside it, then when the rice is cooked, remove clove and cinnamon from it.
STEP 2.Then parboil peas, potato, cauliflower, beans and carrot.
STEP 3.Clean the Moringa leaves thoroughly with water, then add two hot chillies inside it and make a paste.
STEP 4.Then mash the boiled raw banana and then put the Moringa paste we have made inside it, then put salt inside it and add a little corn flour.
STEP 5.Then make it like a small puri, put cheese cubes inside it, pack it, rub it in corn flour and deep fry it in hot oil. And our moringa kofta is ready.
STEP 6.Then put oil and ghee in a pan. Put bay leaf, cloves, cardamom, dried chillies inside it, then cumin seeds, then put ginger garlic and chilli paste and fry everything for 2 minutes, then put chopped onion and capsicum inside it.
STEP 7.Then put salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder and biryani masala , and add parboiled vegetables and 2 spoons of moringa leaves.
STEP 8.Now add rice and mix everything well and put the koftas we have made inside it. Add fried cashews on top and our Moringa Kofta Biryani is ready to serve. Pair it with beetroot raita.
