This is an old recipe of the times when there were no electric grinders in the kitchen. My nani used to grind on "pata varvanta (rectangle morter and cylindrical pestle.) this is sprouted moong in onion tomato and coconut gravy.
Ingredients for Moonga cha birada (sprouted moong curry) Recipe
1/2 cup Sprouted moong
1.50 onion chopped big
1 tomato big
1/4 cup coconut grated
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
1/4 teaspoon ginger grated
2-2.50 garlic pods
As required Curry patta few
1/2 teaspoon coriander leaves finely chopped for garnish
1/2 teaspoon oil for seasoning
