  • 1 teaspoon fennel paste

Directions: Moong Mohini Recipe

  • STEP 1.First you have to fry the golden mug dal in a dry pan. Now you have to fry the dal a little more with ghee.
  • STEP 2.Boil the dal with milk and a little water as required.
  • STEP 3.Once the pulses are boiled, stir in the fennel paste and molasses.
  • STEP 4.Then stir constantly with semolina. (Care should be taken so that it does not stick to the floor.
  • STEP 5.It has to be glued and actually taken down.
  • STEP 6.When it is a little cold, the pulp should be well applied with the help of palm. Then you have to take small balls.
