STEP 1.Grind the yellow moong daal in a grinder to make powder.
STEP 2.Take suji and dal powder in a bowl.
STEP 3.Add salt and all spices. Mix well.
STEP 4.Add oil and mix to incorporate.
STEP 5.Add water slowly to knead a tight dough. I used almost 1/2 cup of water to make the dough.
STEP 6.Keep the dough to rest for 15 minutes(covered)
STEP 7.Now take a small ball from the dough.
STEP 8.Roll to make chapati (little thick)
STEP 9.Cut into triangles. Spread to a dish
STEP 10.Make all the triangles in the same way.
STEP 11.Deep fry on medium heat until crispy and golden.
STEP 12.Transfer to a plate.
STEP 13.Keep in an airtight container after cooling down.
STEP 14.Enjoy whenever you want with a cup of tea.
STEP 15.I served these delicious munches with coriander mint flavoured yoghurt dip
