  • 0.33 g 1 cup moong dal
  • 0.33 Pieces One tomato
  • 1.33 g three green chilli
  • 2.33 g 7-8 g
  • 0.67 g Two glass water
  • 0.17 tsp Salt
  • 0.17 tsp Turmeric
  • 0.33 g Spoon ghee
  • 0.17 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.33 g one serving spoon ghee
  • 0.33 g chopped green onion leaf
  • 2.33 g arlic cloves
  • 0.67 Pieces two red chilli and
  • 0.33 g Pinch of hing
  • 0.17 Tsp Mustard seeds

Directions: Moong Dal Makhani Recipe

  • STEP 1.First rinse saboot moong dal two times then chopped one tomato three green chilli and remove the cover of 7-8 garlic cloves.

  • STEP 2.Then heat the cooker and add two glass water,boil it and add moong dal,garlic,chilli,tomato and salt,one spoon ghee.then cover the lid of cooker.

  • STEP 4.Then heat tadka pan and pour one serving spoon ghee and chopped green onion leaf,some garlic cloves,two red chilli and hing,mustard seeds.
