Moong dal bhajia are quick, crunchy, and tasty snack made with moong dal, spices and herbs..
Bhajia is one if the most enjoyed tea time snack in Indian Subcontinent..
STEP 1.Wash and soak the moong dal for atleast one hour.
STEP 2.Drain the water and wash it once and remove the water and keep it in a strainer.
STEP 3.Take a grinder and add soaked moong dal along with green chillies and grated ginger and grind.. Do not add water..
STEP 4.Remove in a bowl and whisk it with a spoon for atleast 5-7 mins..and add chopped onions,curry leaves, salt, chaat masala, jeera powder, red chilli powder,coriander seeds, garam masala and chopped coriander..
STEP 5.Mix everything well..
STEP 6.Keep oil for frying..
STEP 7.Drop bite sized batter in hot oil and fry till nice golden and crisp..
STEP 8.Serve hot with spicy green chutney..
