  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Salt
  • 1/2 Juice Lemon

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Start by sprouting the moong beans. Soak them overnight and then drain the water. Place the soaked moong beans in a muslin cloth and keep them covered for a day or two until they sprout.
  • STEP 2.In a mixing bowl, combine the sprouted moong beans, pomegranate seeds, chopped onions, tomatoes, and green chilies.
  • STEP 3.Add chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, black salt, lemon juice, and chopped coriander leaves to the bowl. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
  • STEP 4.Garnish the Moong Anar Chat with some more pomegranate seeds and coriander leaves. Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing and tangy flavors.

Cooking Tips

  • You can add other vegetables like cucumber, grated carrots, or boiled potatoes to enhance the flavors and textures of the dish.
