  • 0.03 cup olive oil
  • 0.13 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 No.s chopped onions
  • 0.03 cup Fresh lime juice
  • 0.06 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.13 No.s Cooking spray
  • 2 No.s flour tortillas

Directions: Monterrey-style Skirt Steak Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1 place the steak on a rimmed baking sheet and rub a mixture of olive oil, salt and pepper on it.

  • STEP 2.2 cover it with a plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.

  • STEP 3.3 preheat a charcoal grill on medium flame.

  • STEP 4.4 - wrap the onions in foil and grill it for 25 minutes.

  • STEP 5.5 remove onions from the grill, cut in quarters and separate the layers.
