Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, combine soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, and cornstarch. Add the sliced lamb and marinate for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add garlic, ginger, and green onions and stir-fry for 1 minute.
